01Where we ship
We currently deliver to all countries of the European Union, to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to Norway and the United Kingdom, and to Albania, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
02Shipping costs
- EU: shipping is free of charge on every order, with no minimum.
- Switzerland and other countries outside the EU: shipping is free of charge on every order. Import VAT, customs duties and carrier handling fees may be charged on delivery and are borne by the customer.
- The shipping cost that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you complete it.
03Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier and are typically 2–7 business days within the EU and 3–10 business days outside the EU (Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, Western Balkans) after dispatch.
0430-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all labels attached. To start a return, e-mail info@bardhgent.com with your order number; we will send you return instructions. This voluntary return policy applies in addition to — and does not limit — your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and your statutory warranty rights (see our Terms & Conditions).
05Refunds
Once the returned goods have arrived and been checked, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Refunds are issued in the currency of the original order (EUR or CHF).
06Exchanges and repairs — Besa
A promise that cannot be broken: if a seam fails or a zip gives out within the first two years of normal wear, contact us — we repair before we replace. Size exchanges are handled as a return and new order to make sure your piece from the limited run is reserved.
07Payment
We accept credit and debit cards and Link. Depending on your device and browser, Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be offered at checkout. All payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your card details. Prices are shown in euros or Swiss francs and include VAT where applicable.
